• Refunds and returns will not be offered to customers who change their minds about products. We may, in 'good faith' offer a refund, exchange or return if we receive the goods in original, packaged, undamaged condition and the return shipping of the item will be at the buyers expense
  • Refunds or exchanges will be provided in full for any item that is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to determine a manufacturing fault.
  • We do not offer refunds for items damaged during installation if they are not installed by a professional. 
  • Refunds for 'Change of mind' will incur a 20% re-stock fee
